    Yes, ticketholders may enter the auditorium 30 minutes prior to the event start time. In order to guarantee a seat in the auditorium you must be in your seat 15 minutes prior to event start time.  

    Doors will open to non-ticket holders 15 minutes prior to the start of the event, at which time, all open seats will become available.



    We will be happy to resend the ticket confirmation to the email address on file. Please email us at events@cftoday.org and include the following information in your email: Full name, campus location, day, and service time. 

    Upon arrival ticket holders will join a “priority seating” line. Those in the priority seating line will enter the auditorium 30 min. prior to the event start time, thus allowing each ticket holder an opportunity to secure a seat.

    Absolutely not.  However, those who have a ticket will be able to enter the auditorium 30 minutes prior to the event start time allowing them to secure a seat early.

    Doors will open to non-ticket holders 15 minutes prior to the start of the event, at which time, a seat may not be guaranteed.



    A ticket confirmation can be shown on any smartphone.

    Simply show your confirmation on any smartphone.

    A total of 8 tickets can be reserved per service.

    Absolutely! However, a second reservation will have to be made using a different email address. 

    You can cancel your ticket reservation at any time using the link in the confirmation email that was sent to you.

    You can edit your ticket reservation at any time using a link in the confirmation email that was sent to you.

    There will not be assigned seating.
